1. Can I transfer difference package?
            Yes, you can transfer across package
2. Can I change Username and Password?
            You can change Username and Password at www.anet.net.th. Your username is your E-mail address also (Except the package have no E-mail). Username can be changed 1 time only but password can be changed many times that you want.
3. Where is the website for checking usage time?
            You can Check Usage Time at www.anet.net.th.
4. How long to use Every Package after first Log-in?
            Available within 1 year (Except package Any Time Any Zone, which available for 1 month).
5. What happens if my subscription expires?
           If your subscription expires and we haven't received your renewal payment, the account will automatically be disabled. Files and mail of disabled delinquent accounts may be returned to sender.
6. Can Anet forward my email after I terminate my subscription?
            No. Once the account is terminated, no more service is possible.
7. How to register for e-mail address at "anet.net.th" and what is e-mail space?
            You will get 5Mb email from www.anet.net.th. If only you are using the package " Smart Zone", "Time Zone" or "Any Time Any Zone"
8. How long to keep E-mail address after the usage time is over.
            You can keep the E-mail address for 3 months as the usage time is over.
9. I forgot my password, how can I do?
            If you forget your password, you can contact "Customer Service" at 0-2861-0700 or fax “Anet Card" or your ID card, to Customer Service at 0-2861-1567 which you should note your current username, new password, your name and telephone no. for call back. Your password will be changed effectively after we got your fax, which we will call you back.

12. How do I login to Anet from upcountry?
            By use 1222 and your username must following with @anet.net.th
13. Suggestion of setting Router by use Basic Rate ISDN service.
  To use BRI ISDN by use Router and ISDN Modem must setting Parameter as following.
     1. Using Automatic Redial.
     This setting the Router is set to connect by Automatic Redial, which should set Parameter as following.
          - Setting incorrect User and Password.
          - Setting Idle time of ISDN equipment not appropriate.
          - Activated connecting to destination by another protocal (Trigger) such as NetBEUI DNS Resolve name or Broadcast Traffic
          - Permanent Connecting or Nial-up, Router will automatic connecting in any case.
     2. BOD (Bandwidth on Demand)
          To set connection by automatic increase bandwidth from 64 K to 128K, when data is sent out of limit. It will increse and reduce banwidth any time, which is a cause of high telephone cost.
