- When you already
in Modems Properties, looking for Driver Modems name in General Tab and click
Diagnostics Tab for checking modem it can prosperly work or not. Choose COM1
or COM2 (If there are driver modem more than one, please check each of them)
and then click on More info button. After click More info button, it will show "Please
Waiting" dialog box and which driver can work in prosperly will show Identifier
window and Command of the modem such ATI1 Ok, ATI2 Ok...
- After you check
name of driver modem can work, Double click at My Computer icon.
- Double click at
Dial-Up Networking and select Anet Connection
- Click at menu file.
After that select Properties. At General Tab see at Connect Using and Select
Modem correctly.
- If can not use
driver modem in your computer. Double click at My Computer icon. After that
double click Control Panel and double click Modems. Next select Driver
and click Remove button.
- After that setup
new modem by click Add button and click next in step of install new modem.
- After setup modem
and check name of driver modem complete. After that go back to double click at
My Computer icon and Double click at Dial-Up Networking (For Win98)
or double click at Control Panel and Dial-Up Networking (For WinME).
- Click at menu File.
After that select Properties. At General Tab see at Connect using and Select
Modem correctly.

panel. Next select Add&Remove Programs. And select Windows Setup

After that double click at Control Panel. And double click at Network. Next
you check, This network have Dial-Up Adapter and TCP/IP or not, If
found you restart Windows, But if not found you setup in windows.
- If you want to
setting Dial-Up Adapter, Click at Add button. After that select Adapter and click
Add button.
- Select Microsoft
at Manufacturers. After that select Network Adapter and select Dial-Up Adapter
- Click at Ok button
to go back at Network
- If you want to
setting TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter, Click at Add button. After that select Protocol
and click at Add button
- Select Microsoft
at Manufacturers. After that select Network Protocol and select TCP/IP.
