Error 629 : "You have been disconnected from the computer you dialed, Double Click"

(Many times to disconnected when you connect the internet, Because telephone number to connect the internet have noise very much or signal between line network no good).

Correct problem, Choice 1.
- Change telephone number to connect the internet.

Correct problem, Choice 2.
          - Double click at My Computer icon, After that double click at Dial-up Networking (For Win98) or double click at Control Panel, And double click at Dial-up Networking (For WinME).
          - Select Anet Connection. Next click menu File and select Properties.
          - Click at Configure button.
          - Select Tab General.
          - See low-down at Maximum Speed. After that select 57600 for modem 56 kbps or 38400 for modem 33.6 kbps and 28.8 kbps, Next uncheck at Only connect at this speed.
          - If found this problem again, You change speed at 38400 for modem 56 kbps or 19200 for modem 33.6 kbps and 28.8 kbps.

Correct problem, Choice 3.
- Check your telephone line to put in behind of modem have status normally or have noise?
If have noise, Please contact TOT at 17 and your telephone number.

Error 630 : "The computer is not receiving a response from the modem. Check that the modem is plugged in , and if necessary, turn the modem off , and then turn it back on."

Correct problem, Choice 1.
          - Turn off and Turn on your Windows.
          - Turn off and Turn on your Modem.
          - To remove line between Modem and Computer (Serial Port) and to put in again.

Correct problem, Choice 2.
          - Double click at My Computer icon and then double click Control Panel and double click Modems
          - When you already in Modems Properties, looking for Driver Modems name in General Tab and click Diagnostics Tab for checking modem it can prosperly work or not. Choose COM1 or COM2 (If there are driver modem more than one, please check each of them) and then click on More info button. After click More info button, it will show "Please Waiting" dialog box and which driver can work in prosperly will show Identifier window and Command of the modem such ATI1 Ok, ATI2 Ok...
          - After you check name of driver modem can work, Double click at My Computer icon.
          - Double click at Dial-Up Networking and select Anet Connection
          - Click at menu file. After that select Properties. At General Tab see at Connect Using and Select Modem correctly.
          - If can not use driver modem in your computer. Double click at My Computer icon. After that
double click Control Panel and double click Modems. Next select Driver and click Remove button.
          - After that setup new modem by click Add button and click next in step of install new modem.
          - After setup modem and check name of driver modem complete. After that go back to double click at
My Computer icon and Double click at Dial-Up Networking (For Win98) or double click at Control Panel and Dial-Up Networking (For WinME).
          - Click at menu File. After that select Properties. At General Tab see at Connect using and Select Modem correctly.
          - Click Ok button.

Error 650 : "The Computer you are dialing in to does not respond to a network request check your server…"

Correct Problem.
          - Select Control panel. Next select Add&Remove Programs. And select Windows Setup
          - Double click at Communication. After that uncheck at Dialup Networking. Next click Apply button and click Ok button.
          - Go to at My Computer. After that double click at Control Panel. And double click at Network. Next
you check, This network have Dial-Up Adapter and TCP/IP or not, If found you restart Windows, But if not found you setup in windows.
          - If you want to setting Dial-Up Adapter, Click at Add button. After that select Adapter and click Add button.
          - Select Microsoft at Manufacturers. After that select Network Adapter and select Dial-Up Adapter
          - Click at Ok button to go back at Network
          - If you want to setting TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter, Click at Add button. After that select Protocol and click at Add button
          - Select Microsoft at Manufacturers. After that select Network Protocol and select TCP/IP.
          - Click at Ok button go to back at Network and click Ok button again. After that Pop-up Windows show. Next click at Ok button to Restart Windows.

Error 676 : "The line is busy try again later"

Correct Problem, Choice 1.
          - Double click at My Computer icon, After that double click at Dial-up Networking (For Win98) or double click at Control Panel, And double click at Dial-up Networking (For WinME).
          - Select at Anet Connection. After that click menu File and select Properites.
          - See at Area code in General Tab is empty. After that at Telephone number input number 02 and Telephone number to connect the internet. Example 023400100

Correct Problem, Choice 2.
(Found problem when connect the internet no signal of modem but have signal telephone to calling nuber)
          - Double click at My Computer icon, After that double click at Dial-up Networking (For Win98) or double click at Control Panel, And double click at Dial-up Networking (For WinME).
          - Double click at Anet Connection icon or Connect to and select Dial Properties (For some PC, If can not Double click at Control Panel Modems and click Dialing Properties).
          - See at The phone system at this location uses in menu My Locations, After that select Tone dialing (For new telephone system) or select at Pulse (For old telephone system). Note : The most telephone system is Tone.

Error 678 : "Computer you are dialing in to is not answering"
or "No Answering from Modem"

Correct Problem, Choice 1.
- If before can work normally, Turn off and turn on modem. After that Restart Windows.

Correct Problem, Choice 2.
- Check telephone number to connect the internet is correctly or not.

Correct Problem, Choice 3.
- Change telephone number to connect the internet. Example 023400100 , 026855050 , 028638000

Correct Problem, Choice 4.
          - Double click at My Computer icon, After that double click at Dial-up Networking (For Win98) or double click at Control Panel, And double click at Dial-up Networking (For WinME).
          - Select Anet Connection. After that click menu File and select Properites.
          - Click at Configure button.
          - Select 57600 at Maximum Speed for modem 56 kbps or 38400 for modem 33.6 kbps and 28.8 kbps and unchecked at Only connect at this speed.
          - If found disabled again, Set Speed low-down. Example 38400 for modem 56 kbps or 19200 for modem 33.6 kbps and 28.8 kbps.

          - Setup modem again.
          - Double click at My Computer icon. After that double click at Control Panel. Next double click at Modems

          - Click Ok button.

Error 680 : "No Dial Tone"

Correct Problem, Choice 1.
- Checking Telephone have signal or not by take off Telephone line from your modem. After that take the Telephone line into Telephone and calling to other number.

Correct Problem, Choice 2.
- Check telephone line to put in line channel not phone.

Correct Problem, Choice 3.
          - For Telecom Asia's customer, who use speacial service such as Call Waiting, Conference Call or International Long Distance Calls please solve following step as below.
          - Double at My Computer icon. After that double click at Dial-up Networking and select Anet Connection.
          - Cick at menu File. After that select Properties. Next click at Configure button in General Tab.
          - Unchecked at Wait for dial tone before dialing in Connection Tab.
          - Click Ok button. And Click Ok again to go back.

Correct Problem, Choice 4.
          - For Telecom Asia's customer, who use service PABX to input 0 or 9 before connect please solve following step as below.
          - Double at My Computer icon. After that double click at Dial-up Networking and select Anet Connection.
          - Click at menu File. After that select Properties. Next in Telephone Number at General Tab input "0" and "," (Comma) or "w" and telephone number to connect the internet, Example 9,023400100 or 9W023400100

Error 718 : "Verify Username and password" , " The computer you're dialing in to cannot establish a Dial-Up Networking connection Check your password, and then try again"

Corrct Problem, Choice 1.
- This problem maybe your account is compelete or expire. Please contact anet at number 0-2861-0700.

Corrct Problem, Choice 2.
- Input Username or Password correctly, When input in Password is show " ******** " ( Star ) Only, Sometime maybe input incorrect password. Can check input Password correct or not by input Password in Username and check again. After that erase Username and Password and input again.

Error 720 : " Dial-Up Networking could not negotiate a compatible set of network protocols you specifled in the Server Type settings Check your network configuration in the Control Panel then try the connection again"

Correct Problem, Choice 1.
- Restart Windows

Correct Problem, Choice 2.

(For Windows98 User, should prepare Windows98 installation. Because of it must to be used for this setup. But WindowsME don't use it)

          - Double click at My Computer icon. After that double click at Control Panel and double at Network
          - At Configuration Tab select Dial-Up Adapter. After that click Remove. Next select TCP/IP and click Remove button.
          - When remove both complete click Ok button will appear Restart Windows popup. After that click at Yes button for restart windows.
          - When Restart Windows complete, Go back at Network for setup Dial-Up Adapter and TCP/IP.
          - Click at Add button. After that select Adapter and click at Add butoon.
          - Select Microsoft at Manufacturers. After that select Dial-Up Adapter at Network Adapter.
          - Click at Ok button for go back to Network.
          - If Network not have TCP/IP Dial-Adapter, Setup by click Add button. After that select Protocol and click Add button.
          - At Manufacturers select Microsoft and Select TCP/IP at Network Protocol.
          - Click at Ok button for go back to Network and click Ok button will appear Restart Windows. After that click at Yes button for restart windows.

Error : "Status : Dialing…" ต่อจากนั้นเกิดหน้าจอสีดำ (Terminal Screen) ขึ้นมา

          - Click at menu File. After that select Properties at General Tab. Next Click at Configure button.
